"Director For A Day"

Rules & Guidelines

The Director will get to direct (or shoot) a 3 to 4 hour photosession at a motel or hotel of mutual agreement. You have the option to suggest/direct the type of photosession you wish. Participation in sex is not available. My male chaperone will accompany me on all shoots in the capacity of chaperone and security. This is non-negotiable.

Location: I can shoot anywhere within a 3 hour radius of the Dallas-Ft Worth area. I can travel further if we negotiate an appropriatearrangement.

The Agreement:

1. Participants in the "Director For A Day" is limited to men, women, and couples whohave obtained the minimum age of 21 years of age. Proof of age is required 30 days priorto the shoot. Youmust provide two forms of ID, one being a government issued ID with a date of birth. All participants in the "Director For A Day" must be stated in writing 30 days prior to the shoot.Individuals/couples not listed 30 days prior to the shoot will not be allowed to attend.

2. All expenses must be covered bythe person(s) requesting the "Director For A Day" inclu! ding my chaperone and my travel expenses, meals, and accommoda! tions.I do charge a modeling fee for the time I spend modeling for you. Please contact me directly at lianneraines@yahoo.com for my rates. All information is confidential. Payment for travelling fees and 1/2 of my modeling fee must be paid 30 days prior to the day of the shoot. Payment must be issued in the form of a money order with the payee name left blank. The remainder of the modeling fee must be paid the day of the shoot and prior to the shoot beginning.

3. The person(s) requesting the "Director For A Day" are responsible for their own travel, meals, and lodging expenses to and from the city in question.

4.If for some reason a conflict, disagreement, or misunderstanding occurs I reserve the right to correct this to the bes! t of my ability. The person(s) requesting the "Director For A Day" must be in full agreement with theabove stated rules and must abide by their terms. If the person(s) requesting the "Director For A Day" cancels for any reasons, he or she will forfeit their deposit and paid expenses. No refunds will be given. If I have to cancel for any reason a full refund will be issued within 7 days.

5. You must agree that all photographs, images, video recording, audio recordings are the sole copyright of Lianne Raines without exception. These images must not be posted to any website other than Southern Charmsor be subject to DMCA copyright proceedings.

I have read and understand all rules and guidelines for the "Director For A Day". Under no circumstances am I to expect more than what! isoutlined above in the "DirectorFor A Day". I affirm that I am at ! least 21 years old or older by including two forms of ID (one of which mustbe a government issued ID with a date of birth). I understand that I am responsible for all expenses incurred during the event and any outstanding balance is to be paid in full prior to the beginning of the event.

Note: This is for your fun. The "Director For A Day" is open to members and non-members of my site.It is your day and we will have fun.please understandthat at no point during the day will there everbe sex involved. There will be no refu! nd if theevent is cancelled due to inappropriate behaviour.
