You can "DIRECT ME" in a special photo shoot of your choice.
 
You just never know where the night might take you!

Please read below for the guidelines to ensure we all have a great time.

Rules & Guidelines:

The "Direct a Date" will allow you to direct 2+ hours of a photoshoot at a motel/hotel room or agreed upon place within a 4 hour radius of  Windsor Ontario or Detroit Michigan.

You will have the option to suggest any type of photo session you wish. I am open to just about anything you have seen me do on my site, though other ideas are a possiblity;)
For legal reasons Participation of sex is not implied but it may even be possible to JOIN IN on the photos/videos if you are willing to sign a model release you will be required to supply 2 forms of ID and to sign the required SC release forms. 

The photos and/or video will be placed on my SC site and you can request that face pictures be limited to the members' area or excluded completely.

My photographer will accompany me and act as chaperone/security during the time spent together. This is non-negotiable.

Agreement:

1. Participants who want to meet me are limited to men, women or couples that are 21 years of age or older. Proof of age is required by everyone 30 days prior to meeting! You will have to provide two forms of ID; one being a current photo government issued ID.  All participants must be stated in the contract 30 days prior to the event.

2. All expenses must be covered by the person(s) requesting to be a Director. I do charge a modelling fee for the time that I am modelling for you, contact me for my rate.
 
All information is confidential.  Half of my modelling fee must be paid 30 days in advance.  Payment is to be issued by money order only, with the payee name blank.  The remainder of the balance must be paid before the day of the shoot!

3. The person(s) requesting the direct a date is responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to and from the city in question.  

4. If for some reason a conflict, misunderstanding or disagreement occurs, I have the right to correct this error to the best of my ability. The person requesting to be Direct A Date is in full agreement with the outlined rules stated above and will abide by them. If the person(s) requesting cancels for any reason, he or she will forfeit their deposit. If I have to cancel, I will issue a full refund.

5. I agree that Amethyst and her  photographer retains copyright ownership of all pictures/videos taken, without exception. You may also request a copy of any pictures or video taken of our time spent together for your later enjoyment.

"I have read all of the rules and guidelines of the Direct A Date.  Under no circumstances am I to expect more than what is outlined in the rules and guidelines of the Direct A Date. I affirm that I am 21 years of age or older by including two forms of ID, one government issued. I understand that I am responsible for all expenses occurred during the event and any outstanding balance is to be paid in full before the day of the event."

"I am not now, have been, or in any way associated with any law enforcement or government agency that is associated within any type of law enforcement agency.  I am participating in the Director For a Day on my own free will and have not been coerced, directed or employed for a reason of entrapment. "

Note:  For your information, the Direct A Date is open to all members and non-members. It's your day and we will have a lot of fun! There will be no refund if the event is canceled due to inappropriate behaviour.
